I believe 5 has a failover for two connections; for load balancing, not out of the box.

Version 5 allows you to use 2 ISP connections, one as a primary uplink and one as a backup which will be used if the primary goes down.

It supports ISP Link Failover. If one ISP link fails, it will failover to the second one. For the details, I would have to look at the manual.

To have two parallel connection, please have a look at http://docs.astaro.org/older_versions/ASL-V3.2/docs_v3/hacking/ and read the document for policy routing.
