runninig ORACLE FORMS through FIREWALL

Hello 21,
i try to use oracle forms and report via VPN-IPSEC tunnel; 
allowed services in packet filter rule:

http:80
http:7777
oracle:1521
oracle:9001
BUT ORACLE FORMS DON'T WORK

does any1 know what other services / ports need to open?how can i find them ???

if i use ANY in packet filter rule, everything work.
