is their any way to allow only 205.251.?? and 142.16?.?.? access to port 80, and what is  "chat  12003  Recognition of messaging and chat traffic " in the Intrusion Protection Rules, and if i am useing irc can I block this

    1.) Yes, you can set up 2 network defs and group them. Create a packet filter rule like this: From: _network_griup_, To: Server, Service: HTTP, Action: Allow
    2.) No idea, I don't use IPS
    3.) You can drop traffic on whatever ports you want
