incomming udp ports

I am trying to open udp 6800 to use with skype, ihave the definiton done, the dnat/snat, and the packet filter with allow log, but the packets still get droped, what could be the porblem?

    Can you show us a sample of a packet drop please?
    Is your service def correct? It should be  Skype - UDP - 1024:65535 - 6800

    What about NAT? It should look like this:
    Source address: Any
    Destination address: External Address
    Service: Skype
    Change Destination to:   Address: 
    Leave everything else at "no change"

    Packet filter should look like this:
    From: Any
    Service: Skype
    Action: Allow
    Dest:
