Newbie masq problem

Hi, I've just installed Astaro 5 and I can't access any service except http thru proxy, this is my masq and only user rule.
Masq   Internal (Network) -> All / All   MASQ__External   None 
Shouldn't this be enougth so I could use some services without the proxy?
