FULL DUPLEX ?? HELP

Hi,

i would like to set my ethernet card to 10 Mb full duplex mode, my network card is a Realtek rt8139,
in another post i read that i work on with this file but i dont understand what !?!

HELP ME !!! please !!!

    first of all, get new nics... the rtl 8139 chip is realy poor and cheap.

    ive got so many network problems with this kind of nic , so that we switched
    from rtl to intel nics. and no more probs... ( firewall got 3 nics with rtl before and
    after a while the firwall hangs up etc.  after the change, the problems where gone)
    also every server and WS with network problems ( speed, col. etc) , after changing the nic to intel boards everythink was ok. ( maybe youll like 3com )
    but DO NOT USE rtl8139 chipset !
