Packet Filter Not Working?

Hello everyone
i have ASL 4.021 on my home network and running http proxy
i configured packet filter to drop any request to port 8080 of my http proxy from any ip (i have another role with higher priorty to allow 2 computer to the http proxy) and even in the http proxy page i marked in the "allowed networks" the only two computer i want them to have access to the http proxy, but , after testing this by going to the third nd forth computer and configure there IE to me ASL http proxy they are browsing and you can see they getting reply from the http proxy from the http proxy log!!! WTF? does any body have idea why they are getting throw the packet filter + the "allowed netwroks" in the http proxy page????
any help would be nice...

    Proxies are generally unaffected by packetfilter rules.

    The allowed networks thing should work; do you have the network nodess set with a mask of 255.255.255.255? Remove the Any? Saved the settings??

    i configured my "network" with subnet 16 insted of 32 thanks alot i thought i was going crazy about this
    i am not worthy....
