clock changed

I always modify my ASL's clock, but it always is slow and can't keep accord with current clock. I don't know why.
I should how to configure the clock and solve the issue.

    You can setup a Network Time server so ASL will set the time automatically from a server on the Internet.

    SYSTEM>SETTINGS>Time Settings
    Set your Time Zone
    Then pick an NTP server that is closest to your location like NTP_Server_Washington D.C.
