problems with vpn

i have one tunnel between asl4 and smoothwall. The conection is ok but i don´t ping or telnet other side.

do i need configure something of nat, masquerading o routing to work fine ¿??¿

Remote-subnet?

Are these two different? Hey have to be different. Otherwise you can not route between the two subnets.
