Inital NAT Setup.

Ok heres the deal. I thought Astaro would be like smoothie and ipcop etc where the NAT etc is pre setup.

Anywho. I setup Masquerding for Internal Network to WAN Interface. I also set the packet filter to allow all packets from Internal_Network going anywhere.

I enabled the DNS proxy. 

All this an guess what? Still no net. I dont get it. I cant even ping so its obviously not DNS but a NAT issue. From what I read this was all I had to do.

Some help would be great. Im bout ready to throw in the towel.

    Can't see any odd things about your setup as described. Are you sure that you have set the client to use the ASL internal nic address as the gateway? I'd check the client ip settings.
