Can Astaro be configured as a transparent firewall

Hi,

Can Astaro be a transparent firewall? Basically, be located in the same IP network on the multiple interfaces.

    No. That would require the bridge tools and the bridge-netfilter kernel patch. The new 2.6 kernel has that functionality but the 2.4 kernel requires a patch to allow iptables to see traffic across the bridge. The bridge tools, iptables, and ebtables is used to create a bridge-firewall.
