Sierra utilities auto update

I have problems getting the auto update for halflife going through Astaro. After contacting Sierra they said that it uses the following ports:
UDP ports 27005, 27010, 27012, 27015.
If not, will fall within 27000-27050]
Chat rooms TCP 19000-19500
TCP ports 6003 and 7001 [These are used for authentication and server lists.] 

I havent bothered opening the Chat room ports, but the rest should be open. This is what ive done:


Service: 
HL_tcp1       tcp       1024:65535       6003
          
HL_tcp2       tcp       1024:65535       7001
              
HL_udp        udp      1024:65535       27000:27050

included these in a service group HL

Rules:   
My_computer          (HL)          Any             Allow
             
Any                         (HL)          My_comp     Allow

NAT:   
Any        >        ext. int /HL_udp         none          My_comp

Any        >        ext.int /HL_tcp1         none          My_comp
  
Any        >        ext.int /HL_tcp2         none          My_comp

What have I done wrong? I'm a beginner in all what firewalls and linux/unix world is, so it wouldn´t suprise me if it´s something Ive missed. Or maybe the port I was given by sierra is wrong and in that case perhaps someone knows what ports it is I should open.

    the sierra auto update utility is very very buggy....what game are you playing?  if halflife(or one of its many mods)..goto steampowered.com and get steam and instlal it..it works jsut fine through ASL without having to swiss cheese your firewall.
