trafic not getting to outside gateway

hi all, i just installed and here is my issue.

from any pc behind my astaro i can ping the outside ip, but thats as far an anything gets. from the astaro tools i can ping anywhere. so for some reason the packets are routing through the outside interface. i have tried everything, nat rules, routes, nothing seems to route all trafic from the inside interface to the outside interface.

any idea what i'm doing wrong? here is a quick discription of my network.

outside interface (dhcp, cable modem)
inside interface (192.168.10.254, subnet 255.255.255.0, gateway none) i tried puting in the gateway as the ip address of the outside interface, which didn't work.
all pc's gateway is 192.168.10.254, remeber i can ping to the outside interface but thats it. thanks in advance.

wich masquerading rule did you set for your internal computers ?

i tried a few, internal_network--> outside_interface--> masq-outside

If you want to ping directly from the firewall 'ICMP on firewall' must be enabled. The fact that you can ping from internal hosts to the world shows that 'ICMP forwarding' is already enabled and masquerading is operational. What about your packet filters? Give 'internal ANY ANY ALLOW' a shot [;)]
