3 Networkcards and a public IP on External!

I have a problem connecting a server using Astaro 4.0 through PPoE.
I have installed 3 network cards.
1) "Internat" is using 10.0.10.0/24
2) "External" is PPoE and ISP assigned IP's. This means the card has a public IP (62.121.xxx.xxx)
3) "Optional" is using 192.168.2.0/24 Setup as a DHCP Server.

Networkcard 1) and 3) are not allowed to access eachother or even see eachother.

I guess it's a DNS issue because I can only access certain pages (ie. most .dk and some .com) at this point.

When I use Web2Date the connection is fine.
I have tried almost everything to get a 100% access from the "Internal/trusted" and the "Optional" network, but until now without success.

I have setup Masqurade for both networkcards, made rules and  trued every Proxy (DNS, HTTP:with transparant).
Even reinstalled the thing 3 times.

So in short; HEELP
What am I forgetting?

    Start by going into nslookup (or dig) and entering some domain names to see if you get back IP addresses...

    About the Tracert and nslookup...
    Some ip's/sites are OK, but some don't show.
    I can access cnn.com but not nytimes.com
    I can access msn.com but not msn.dk

    I know Im not giving you much information, but I have no idea where to begin!
    I have tried 5 different dns. And the one (two actualy) provided by the ISP.
    I have tried with NAT instead of Masq. But the result remains the same!

    The fact that you are getting some IPs back in nslookup, but other times are not, I think you should get on the phone with your ISP. If you only get this behavior with the firewall (nslookup always works without the firewall for the same IPs), then we'll explore this further...

    This is true but....
    Those I get a responce from are allways the same. Some I just can't reach.
    I have spoken with My local distributer. I got online to the server. 3½ hours later the problem was still the same. I disconnected the server. Used a ZyXEL hardware firewall and all the problems were gone.
    I still want to use the server but I have a deadline. The product looks very interesting, but if this is the standard problem solving I not for it.

    I somehow concluded that My ISPs PPoE is the problem, but this SHOULD work too on the server.
    Tried every possible MTU setting. (ISP says max. 1452)
    So for now.. Thanks to all for responding to my cry but I don't have the time at the moment to start over.
