RIP IP Packet from 172.16.254.254 > 172.16.255.255

Hello all...

Can somebody explain me, how i can disable the IP Spoof Drop Log and only Drop the Packets.

My Problem is, that the Packet Filter alway have connections from my internal LAN 172.16.254.254 (its not real) to Broadcast of Internal Lan.

The Port is 520 (RIP) bu t when i make a Rule like Drop 254.254 > 255.255, it doesnt work. The Packet Filter say always its IP Spoofing.....

On Drop rules you have to specify the To as the interface; a current product shortcoming...

Hello..

Thanks for your answer i have specify the To Adress now to Internal_Interface but the the result is null, the live log of packet filter have again the following entrys

IP-SPOOFING Drop
172.16.254.254
520
->
172.16.255.255
520
UDP
IP SPOOFING
SRC HW ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:00
DST HW a0:c5:2c:cc:13:08:00

Hi,
is your internal lan in this case a complete class-B IP-Network with Netmask 255.255.0.0 and is not a little part of it behind an other interface of your asl defined ?
