need help 4 first configuration

Please, need help !
i need to configure rules and nat to pubblish my mailserver.
maiserver_IP:172.16.110.10
astaro_Internal_interface: 172.16.110.11
astaro_external_interface: 195.250.233.30 
router_interface: 195.250.233.29

I need to open all port fron internal to external
i need to use only smtp and http from external to my mailserver.
and if possible i wish to configure antispam and allow incoming mail only for my domain.com

what i need to do ? ( step by step )

and if i need to create some vpn connection to connect remote branch office ??

    what kind of rules and nat i need to use/configure ??

    this is what i've done:

    1-from INTERNAL_NET to ANY ALLOW ANY service 
    2-from ANY to MAILSERVER_IP ALLOW HTTP 
    3-from ANY to MAILSERVER_IP ALLOW SMTP

    HTTP PROXY enable anonymity: none
    opt mode: User Authentication

    SMTP proxy disable.

    Need to do something else ?
    and if i'd like to setup smtp proxy what i need to do ?

    you need to setup a DNAT rule for the http service on your MailServer.

    I haven't setup smtp proxy before, so I'll let someone else answer...

    i've configured  a DNAT rule from ANY to INTERNET_INTERFACE for SMTP and HTTP ( i'd like to use webmail )
    NO change to source and service, changing only the destination to my MAILSERVER_IP

    something else ?

    the problem just right now is that i'm able to use outbound http ( eg browsing ), incoming HTTP ( i'm able to browse to my mailserver ) but the mailserver log say that was unable to delivery mail to hell_bd@yahoo.com or some1 else...

    policy reason ???

    Are you allowing your mailserver out on 25?

    SMTP; make sure your DNS rules are in place too
    (if you're not using Astaro's DNS proxy...)
