Sipspoofing

I have a tweaked Alcatel adsl modem connected to my firewall and would like to use sip spoofing. In order to prevent from using nat twice which gives problems with for instance vpn tunneling.
I found some guidelines about configuring linux for sip spoofing. For instance http://www.daruderob.com/files/adsl/adsl.php. Has anyone managed to make such a setup using the astaro gui?

would it be easier to setup your DSL modem as bridge? this is what I have done for all the DSL installs that I have done.

I am affraid bridging will not work with my provider (kpn adsl in the Netherlands). When using the Alcatel as a modem it can only be done using a pptp tunnel between pc and internet. Si I guess bridging is not possible.

It looks like everything you need is in that howto. what part are you having trouble setting up? there is a routing section in the astaro gui.

I did not try it in the linux setup itself yet. But was wondering what settings to alter when using the gui. If possible...

We did this over a year ago with an old version of ASL.
You can log on to the console as root and do the changes.
Then it works fine.
