nmproxy and ASL 4.015

Hello All 

I'm trying to make Netmeeting work with  ASL, I found proxy for netmeeting (that work fine on linux machine).
I want to install this proxy on the ASL machine, but my problem is that its should work under xinet.d and I can't find it at the ASL machine. 

any idea ?
