Astaro redirect http to squid server

I have a squid server running on one off my servers, i need astaro to redirect all local http calls to my squid server, i have been playing with DNAT but i cant figur out how to do it, i realy need a hand with this..

    that won't work with DNAT because you change the destination Any to your SQUID server. What does Squid with an HTTP request directed to itself? There is no way without hacking the firewall - the buzzword is policy based routing. You can find a howto @ http://docs.astaro.org/older_versions/ASL-V3.2/docs_v3/hacking/policy_routing.txt

    Hello Oliver,
    Question : Why is policy-routing not implemented in the web-admin i've heard a lot of problem solutions with policyrouting but everyone says hack your firewall but i dont want to hack it i want you to do it for me. So please put  it into webadmin.

    So is someone out there who wants it to, please post it to astaro to know them the customers want it to have.

    that's like the question 'warum ist die Banane krumm?' (sorry for the German words but I couldn't find an English saying expressing the same). We try our best to implement as many features as possible but there are soo many that it is simply impossible to integrate them all. Be sure that we are monitoring the market, take all input we can get (a lot from this board) collect all feature requests and so on. 

    Let's see what the next version will bring.

    Couldn't you just enter the ip of your squid server in the proxy settings of internet explorer? I know that if you have a lot of stations this could be a pain, but, it looks like the alternative isn't easy either.

    You could always use the Internet Explorer Administration Kit to assist you with this.
