Can't enable Interface->Advanced Options

Hi there,

i am using Astaro 4.009 on AMD Athlon 1200 MHz with 512MB RAM and 4Port NIC DEC21140 (intern/extern).

I can't enable Interface->Advanced Options to set QOS.

If i try, i can enable it and set all fields to the wanted values.
When i click save and check the config of the outgoing Interface again Advanced Options are RED again.

By the way when i reconfigure it the fields have the before entered values?!

OK, then switching to QOS settings, setting the rules, and the kernelfile post:

I think that means missconfiguration!

    in the interface advanced options red doesnt mean that its disabled. you click on the red button and make the changes you want and click save. then you can go to network -> quality of service (QoS) menu. there you can see "Current quality of service rules" if its correct you can see your settings there. here you have to add also some rules.

    How do you know that it is like you said.
    Don't get me wrong but i like to know about it a little more in details.
    Is it somewhere in the Docs or...?

    if you look at page 92 in the users guid of asl 4 (27-02-2003)
    you can see there;
    advanced options
    click enable next to advanced options to open entry fields and drop-down menus for advanced interface configuration.

    this means show advanced options. my opinion is that it should show, open or configure advanced options and not enable.   i think that astaro also mean by enable, open advanced options.
