How to Block Paltalk?

Can anyone please tell me how to block the ports for the App. Paltalk? it uses many ports I think and also can dynamically pick ports. I'm not sure if I'm correct. Maybe someone else out there has run into this.

    I haven't used PalTalk, but these are the ports it uses according to the PalTalk site:

    Ports used for PalTalk: 

    TCP 2090 
    TCP 2091 
    TCP 2095 
    TCP 5001-5005 
    TCP 5200-5203 
    TCP 8080             (user configurable) 
    UDP 2090 
    UDP 2091 
    UDP 8090-8290 
    UDP 1024-2500   (user configurable) 
     
    I would venture to guess that if you block these, even if the user changes the user configurable ports, PalTalk will not function.  I would define all these services, add them to a service group, then define a packet filter to block them as needed.
