Blocking Webdav access outbound

Ok, Silly question time.

Any one know of a way to block all outbound access to webdav on an external web server? Looking to do this for added security concerns.

Could you somehow force it through the Squid proxy ? I believe Squid and Webdav don't mix. (Squid won't pass it ?)
