WebAdminPort must be between 1025 and 65535 or 443

On page 41 of the v4 manual it notes under "Change WebAdmin TCP Port"

People using incoming SSL would choose to do this in order for the external SSL request to be forwarded to the server. However, in attempting to change the port to 450 I get the message "WebAdminPort must be between 1025 and 65535 or 443" 

I'm pretty sure this is a bug. 

And I don't want to be using an unprivileged port to access the WUI.
