uPnP / SIP

HI..

I have a little problem.. I have an Astaro But I have multiple SIP phones on the inside, that connects to an externan GW..

If I'm right I guess Astaro isn
t "SIP-Aware" ??

Anyone with a good solution, or is this something that the Astaro-team is thinking about ?

It's on the development roadmap for a future release. No ETA sorry.

Oh..

Well I just have to find some other hardware that will do it in the meantime.

Since This is quite a urgent matter. SIP is really growing rapidly now, and I think IMHO that this determine the choice of firewall.  At least I know it does for me and quite a few here in Sweden.

But I hope this feature will come in the very near future.

According to my information uPnP will never be supported because of the nature of it. uPnP is not 100% secure.

SIP would be good though, lots of stuff using SIP now.
uPnP should be supported, but as an option you can turn on or off.
