Hit logs

HI all,

i have one Server that is my firewall and router with an official IP. Behind that are 3 WEB server. But when i look into my logs on the webservers how many hits i have on my webs i only can see the IP of my own firewall.
What must i do that i can see the different IPs who hit my WEBs ?
