What does it mean?
I'm using PPTP and DNAT, will it cause any problem?

I think it means if a user PPTP's into the astaro box it will ignore DNAT rules for that person.

I've enabled PPTP on Astaro 4. User can connect to it but fail to ping internal machine... Even rule added:
PPTP-Pool Any Any Allow

check gateway on your internal machine and make sure, your pptp-pool is NOT the same as your internal network
