HowTo create blacklist?

I'm using ASL 2.0 - and it works fine (never touched for long time) But now I want to import a list of IPs and/or hosts to create my own blacklist. I had this done this till now manual and what to change it to file import.
How can I do this best?

I don't think there is an easy way to do this but manually. I created my own blacklist manually and added all the blacklisted networks to a single network group. Then just set a rule, and place it at the beginning of the list, to drop any connection from the blacklist group.

Your're right. But how can I do this by importing a file?
