DNS fwd/rev mismatch

Any ideas what this error means? - I used tools to TCP connect to a telnet port , error was -
DNS fwd/rev mismatch: www.dslreports.com != dslreports.com
www.dslreports.com [209.123.109.175] 23 (telnet) : Connection refused
 sent 0, rcvd 0
