connection tracking is giving me trouble

The performance on our ASL (v3.216) slowly degrades as the list of connections shown in Reporting->Network gets longer. Establishing new connections take forever after a few days, and we have to reset the server [:(]

I can't access Network -> Connection Tracking either, not even when the fwall is recently restarted. My browser just try to load the page for ages, but with no luck.

Is there any way to flush the connection tracking without rebooting the server? Can it be turned off?

How about adding the tcp-window-tracking patch from patch-o-matic to iptables? It allow for changing the timeout-variables on the fly.

Has anybody from astaro considered this?

I'm seeing a 4 day timeout caused by some p2p applications which I would like to change.

Why not backup and try 4?
If it is a dud, you can go back...

I'm allready on 4, 4.018 to be exact, and the problem is still here.

It's my fault, I didn't realise he'd said he was running an older version and I didn't specify.
