Slow connection... pls help

Dear all,

After moved the server behind the ASL, the Internet performance is extremely slow, please suggest.

-------------------------------
Data center give me the follow:

210.xxx.yyy.189-147 (16 IPs)
Mask: 255.255.255.0 (they said they used vlan, therefore is zero)
GW: 210.xxx.yyy.1

My ASL setting as follow:

untrusted: (checked ARPR)
IP: 210.xxx.yyy.129
Mask: 255.255.255.252
GW: 210.xxx.yyy.1

DMZ:
IP: 210.xxx.yyy.189
Mask: 255.255.255.248
GW: 210.xxx.yyy.129

Server: (within DMZ)
IP: 210.xxx.yyy.190
Mask: 255.255.255.248
GW: 210.xxx.yyy.189

Anyone can help will be extremely appreciated, since I am not able to fix it almost 1 week....

    Thanks Andy, the problem occur after I moved the web server behind the ASL, when I tried to access the Internet from web server or from outside to web server, the Internet connection is extremely slow with only may be 4-10kb/s.

    If I plugged back to no ASL (direct access), the the speed goes to normal again.

    Server: (within DMZ)
    IP: 210.xxx.yyy.190
    Mask: 255.255.255.248
    GW: 210.xxx.yyy.189

    ********* Normal speed *********
    Server: (normal with no ASL)
    IP: 210.xxx.yyy.non-used-IP
    Mask: 255.255.255.0
    GW: GW: 210.xxx.yyy.1

    Any suggestions?
