i asked yesterday about the timeout of pings on the net of the basecompany. we found a closer look to the problem:
All companies outside of the basecompany have dedicated lines and work fine in intranet and internet with astaro.
in the basecompany there is the problem a pc can not connect to the intranet or internet.
if you ping from this pc the astaro there
come timeouts.
if you make a dial-in to a ISP on the same or another pc and then go to the astaro from the internet access then in the astaro menu under tools make a ping to the pc which gets timeouts pinging astaro and then the pc can ping astaro.
it works till the pc is shut down.
on the other day the same.
very strange? Is this a config problem or a router problem? has someone a good tip to find out where the problem is`?
Please help is a bad working for the users.
the company that installed the routers said they made there job correct.

if you need deeper informations just say it. because its since we installed the astaro and it works fine but only the base company has this unsatisfying problem. So we have to solve it now.
