service not showing up in QOS section

I added a new service and wanted to implement some QOS on that service.  But when I go to the service tab the drop down box doesn't have my service in there. So, I tried creating a group  with that one service in there and it still doesn't show up.  Am I doing something wrong here?

    check not to use multiport services.
    eg if u use as d-port:Server 25:26 it won't show up. U must set a single port.

    In u need to setup with qos a service with more than 1 ports, u can create many services with one
    port, then group them in services group , at last add that group to qos.
