Help me out with ADSL

I got new adsl with 213.250.28.96/255.255.255.224

pppoe IP is 212.30.64.150

i got outgoing link working, but noone can connect to any machine in my network..

tracert reports timeont on 212.30.64.150..
what SHOULD i do to be able to coonect to my machines from remote...

please help me!

no nat, im using real ip's
packet filter any,any any...
2 nics one to local NET
and one to the ADSL modem...
(do i need router infront.. to translate packets from (212.30.64.150) to loacal net (213.250.28.96/255.255.255.224) ??
a dont have any (with lan (pppoe)card.. ;(...)
can be inboud rouoting done with astaro?..
becouse outgoing works, so i can browse the net..

ok. enabling arp proxy on local eth0 does th job.
