Wierd log entry

Does anyone have an idea what these entries might be.  At first I thought they might be bootp but the destination is not a broadcast and the ports are wrong. I am running the latest version of 3 with all patches applied. They seem to have started in the lst few days. I can understand having a src address of 0.0.0.0 but how can you have a destination address of 0.0.0.0 at the same time?
