Weird TCP message

I just found this on my mailserver:

TCP: Treason uncloaked! Peer 209.84.152.11:25/56921 shrinks window 3225696742:3225698202. Repaired.

The mailserver is behind ASL 3.208.

Is this some sort of malformed packet?
If so, should ASL have rejected it?
