a problem with the liscense key

i have a problem in entering the liscense key ...!!!
the lisence key you sent was 9 spaces long and the space i have in the astaro web interface is only 7 spaces long ..and i'm using astaro 3.2
and it's installed from a cd ...!
Do any body have an explanation ??

what do you mean with limited spaces, simply type the key. The filed might have limits in the visibility, but it scrolls if you exceed the visible limit.
