Help with FTP... :(

Hello,

I asked for weeks for a help to use FTP (not in PASV) mode from my internal network to outside on the Internet.

I just want to make a FTP command in a "Dos" Windows. When I do that here what I have :

C:\>ftp ftp.xxxxx
Connecté à ftp.xxxxx.
220 tmm-ftpfr-vip FTP server ready.
Utilisateur (ftp.xxxxx[:(]none)) : myuser
331 Password required for myuser.
Mot de passe :
230 Welcome to Server.
ftp> ls
200 PORT command successful.
425 Can't build data connection: Connection timed out
ftp>

What's wrong ?? ;( could someone help me ?? Please..

I have a rule :
From : Eth0_Network
Service : FTP
To : Any
Action : Allow

I use only NAT.

I have something wrong ... but where... please I need Help.

    Wolfman,

    doesn't matter if you run a ftp command in a DOSbox or with a graphical client. just another user interface - they do all the same.

    do you have the http proxy running?
    this should handle everything you need.
    If not, you need to allow ftp port 21 + 22 in your rules.
