Jabber

Does anyone know how to get a client to be able to connect to a Jabber server through Astaro? I have added a new service "Jabber" S/Port 1024:65536 and D/Port 5222 and allowed it in the packet filters but it still isn't going through.

Any ideas?

Look into the filter Livelog, which packets are
dropped. I'm guessing, you've only allowed TCP,
but iirc, Jabber uses TCP+UDP...

'fraid not, I have opened the packet filters wide open using an ALL ALL allowed, but still having no joy
