Fixed it. Went to ETC/wfe/conf and modified the NAT settings in the nat conf file, came right back.
Note to self.... When you mess up your NAT settings so you can't talk to the box, goto etc/wfe/conf and see the natconfig files in that dir... They are easy to understand files just less them or joe/vi to edit and do it in there...
