VPN DNAT ISSUES

I have a few issues:

#1- DNAT works fine for http, but doesnt work for pop/smtp

Http rules:
External - Http - Webserver - http
Pop3 rules:
External - pop3 - Mailserver - pop3

#2 - While connected to a pptp Vpn connection, I can't browse the web, ping, or acess webmin on my webserver via https:1000

    no idea why your DNAT doesn't work, but the PPTP problem is actually no problem. 
    You have 2 possibilities to change that,
    1) uncheck the "use default gateway for remote network" option in your PPTP setting on Windows and enter a routing entry on your Windows for your LAN, e.g. your LAN is 192.168.0.0/24 and your IP address for PPTP is 10.0.0.2 you need this command "route add 192.168.0.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 10.0.0.2"
    2) don't chnage your Windows, but add a packet filter rule for the PPTP Pool and also a NAT rule for the PPTP Pool, normally it's the same rules for your LAN.
