one gateway with 2 internal lan

I have this problem:
I have 2 lans connected with 2 cisco router and ISDN line, on lan 1 I have Astaro and ADSL line.
I want that lan2 users can send and recive mail  by the firewall without proxy.

I Have add in routing table the LAN2 routing on 
Astaro Internal Lan

If I ping the Eth2 Internal of Firewall from one PC of Lan2, It Respond.

If I Ping the Eth1 Internet of Firewall from one PC of Lan2, It doesn't respond.

I try to insert masquering by LAN2 and Internet
with bad results

what i can do?
