Allowing Real Audio

I am having problems getting Real Audio through the firewall to our internal clients.
Here are the things I have done so far.
Network created is InternalLan- 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0

Services created
Service-Real Audio 1
Protocol-TCP
S/Port 1024:65535
D/Port-554

Service-Real Audio 2
Protocol-TCP
S/Port 7070:7071
D/Port-1024:65535

Service-Real Audio 3
Protocol-UDP
S/Port 6970:6999
D/Port-1024:65535

I created a Service Group Real Audio consisting of
Real Audio 1, Real Audio 2 and Real Audio 3.

I also have created the following Filter Rule
From Client- InternalLan
Service-Real Audio
To Server-Any
Allow

Socks is enabled and Usr Authenticatoin is disabled.
 
The clients have socks setup on port 1080.
What else do I need to do or what do I need to change.

    try in this way:
    a)define two networks,assuming that the IP address
    of your internal net of the firewall is 192.168.1.X:                                    
    ----Name-------IP addresses------Net mask
    --------|--------------|----------------|
    Broadcast32--192.168.1.255-----255.255.255.255  
    Broadcast8---255.255.255.255---255.255.255.255  ;
    than define rules as:
    Broadcast32---Any---Any---Allow   
    Broadcast8----Any---Any---Allow 
    I hope this should be helpfull for you.
    I saw this one in a old topic from ASL team.

    Hmm are these macs?

    You shouldn't need all those to start with,
    try just the first one, but set it TCP & UDP

    Services created
    Service-Real Audio 1
    Protocol-TCP/UDP
    S/Port 1024:65535
    D/Port-554

    Then change your rule to this:

    From Client- InternalLan
    Service-Real Audio 1
    To Server-Any
    Allow

    Hmm.. RealOne doesn't use socks, maybe you
    have an older version?

    I'd try turning socks off and letting realplayer
    connect on its own.

    If you have to use socks, use Socks4 and no authentication to check that works first.

    Otherwise, you can configure RealPlayer to use HTTP, that works for me in situations when nothing else will, setup the http proxy in the player and also tell it to use port 8080 in the network protocol for http.

    I've always been able to get Real, Quicktime or Windows Media to work behind Astaro.
