Try to update your ASL to the new one 4.016 and se if your´s problem go away. I have not seen same problem like your´s on my ASL. Here is the link to the new iso.

how much ram is in the machine in question? Looks like the logs when being rotated are chewing up a excessive percentage of your ram. Adding more may alleviate this issue.

The issue with the logs is not a critical one (unless you happen to want to use the net while it is running [:)]ck.

Also make sure you don't have a virus inside making 1000s of external connections. I've seen that at a site and it choked the bandwidth, ASL, and spit those errors.
