DNAT/SNAT

Hello all,

Well I know this topic has been done to death, but I can't seem to get DNAT/SNAT working.  I'm trying to run an external DNS / Web / Mail server and have read most / all of the previous posts and it just won't work for me.  Any help would be greatly appretiated, my setup is below:

Version: 3.052

Interfaces:
WAN --> 209.xxx.xxx.xx
Eth0  --> 10.0.0.0

Definitions:
NS --> 10.0.0.20
WEB_MAIL  --> 10.0.0.10
LAN --> 10.0.0.0
DWAN --> 209.xxx.xxx.xx

I'm just trying to get my DNS up and running, the DNAT/SNAT is:
------------------------------------------------
DWAN(Source) -> NS(Destination address) -> DNS(Service)
------------------------------------------------
::No Change:: (Change Source to)
DWAN(Destination)

Rules:
Any->Any->Any->Allow
Any->Any->NS->Allow
