Connection to another private Network over PC-Anywhere

Hello!
We want to connect our private class-C Network to another private class-C-Network. This should be possible over PC-Anywhere (TCP/IP).
The ASL is routing to a DSL-Router and the DSL-Router calls another DSL-Router to connect the other LAN.
But our problem is, that the connection isn't possible. Our DSL-Router don't get the signal to dial to the other one.
PC Anywhere tries to connect to the remote-class-c-LAN, but it doesn't work.
Is it possible to remove the entry from the private network "192.168.0.0"? Or is it another reason?

    Did you use VPN to interconnect both private networks?
    If you don't, it is nothing to wonder about, there are so called private networks, that to not get routed throughout the internet, as 192.168.0.0/18, 172.16.0.0/12, 10.0.0.0/8.

    Use VPN to connecte them together, add packetfiter rules to allow the traffic and you should be set.

    for the connection between this two Private Network we us two elsa-router. when there is a request to the other network the router will dail the isdn-number of the second router. this router will call back and then the there is a connection between the two networks.
    one net has the adress 192.168.99.0 and the other network has the adress 192.168.98.0. 
    192.168.99.250 -> Firewall  Elsa-Router

    It should be easy enough.  You would create a static route to the far network with gateway set to the local ISDN modem/router.  If the traffic has to pass through Astaro to get there then create a filter rule(s) to cover what you want to allow between the nets.

    This is assuming your ISDN routers are on the inside net and the pcs have gateway set to Astaro.  The static route you then set on Astaro will point and traffic bound for the other end to go to the ISDN modem.
