Should my firewall be blocking itself?

11:07:27 192.168.2.100 8080 -> 192.168.2.121 36243 TCP ACK PSH

Should this be happening? 100 is astaro, 121 is an internal computer. I am currently running 2.023with the http proxy on and set to transparent. Could that be part of it? Thanks.
