HELP: ARP Proxy Stuck!

HELP!

On my FW, one of my interfaces was set to ARP Proxy by mistake and now it is stuck on. I have tried everything except re-installing the FW. How can I remove this manually? Is there a command line tool that will let me? No matter what I do, it keeps coming back.
