Msn Messenger 4.6 behind NAT/Firewall

Hi friends, I'm evaluating various firewall products, please could you tell me if Astaro supports Msn Messenger in NATed machines?

I have problems with Iptables based firewalls and Messenger 4.6.

I have had no problem with running MSN messenger behind Astaro(iptables) firewall..

Hi, I forget, Msn Messenger Audio and Video, File Sharing, White Board... Features... does it works in NATed machines?

I've got standard MSN messenger working but I can't send a file even if I add an allow all packet filtering rule - so I'm guessing the NAT doesn't support file transfer in MSN messenger

But the funny thing is, if I restrict IRC DCC transfers to the same ports that MSN uses, that works fine even though MSN doesn't!

Is there anyone that has managed to successfully get it to work?
