Routing problems?

Mhh.. something I don't get.

I have the following situation: I built a testnetwork that consists of 3 networks:

172.16.0.0: Testlan
10.0.0.0: Testdmz
192.9.201.0: "The Internet" (our corporate lan)

Our corporate router (192.9.20.30) has a static route for 10.0.0.0 set to my ASL (192.9.201.238)and the ASL is default gw for the other two networks. Since I'm short of hubs and switches, I connected the the two networks and the firewall to one switch (3com officeconnect), which unfortunally can't do VLanning  [:(]ht now.

I added a rule which should allow "Any" from my DMZ to "Any" and "Any" from "Any" to my DMZ, but I can't seem to connect to a machine in my DMZ (10.0.0.10). The machine is pingable from the ASL itself, but I don't get any packages from "the internet" to the machine in the DMZ. 
A traceroute from my workstation shows me that the first hop is the ASL, but something is blocking the way.

Anyone got any ideas?
