How to manually restart packet filtering rules?

I manually shutdown all the Iptables rules by
"iptables -F" and "iptables -t nat -F"

And then How to start up again all the rules list into the webadmin?

I think restarting the middleware may help

afaik it's: /etc/rc.d/mdw restart
